Provision of high quality services leading to the successful accomplishment of our clients’ objectives is a fundamental stated objective of SMART Integration.
In order to survive and to be successful, regardless of the field of activity, size or maturity, an organisation needs a quality management system which permanently contributes to improving customer satisfaction.
Thus, the development, implementation and improvement of the Quality Management System within our company is a permanent concern for the entire SMART Integration team. Customer-orientation, leadership, staff involvement, process approach, management as a system approach, continuing improvement, win-win relations with our suppliers, are the principles of quality management we follow in order to create added-value in our relations with our clients and partners.
ISO 14001 is the standard which may be applied to any company, regardless of size, field, location or profit. The target of the environmental standard is to reduce the environmental impact of companies and to reduce the pollution or waste produced by companies worldwide.
In this context, we try to identify all processes and materials we use which might pollute or are polluting the environment. We are committed to permanently identifying and initiating pollution prevention, reduction or control measures.
The occupational health and safety standard OHSAS 18001 is designed to enable the organisation to control all aspects which might be considered future risks in the working activities. We are trying to minimise and even to eliminate the risks for our employees, collaborators or partners through continuous assessment involving the following stages:
- Identification of hazards;
- Identification of all those affected by hazards and possible ways they might be injured;
- Risk assessment;
- Identification and organisation of appropriate control measures.
ISO 27001 is the formal instrument through which an organisation may turn the issue of information security into a performing management system which can be audited and certified.
The implementation and certification of an information security management system is one of the choices any organisation valuing the company and customer information security should make.
Following the main objective of the information security management system implemented by our company (to control information risks and to identify the types of threats to assess all approaches and protection methods in order to protect our company) we:
- Systematically analyse all information security risks, considering all types of threats or vulnerabilities within the company;
- Permanently monitor and update the entire information security control process and risk management actions for unacceptable risks;
- Implemented a system ensuring that all appropriate security measures are in place, according to the company needs.
