RDNP: How to submit applications for funding to non-agricultural rural investments

Agency Funding Rural Investment (AFRI) opens today, July 28, a new annual session for submitting projects for investment sub-measures within the context of National Rural Development Programme (RDP) 2020 which are funded investment projects in non-agricultural activities carried out in the rural.

Thus, from July 28 to November 30, 2016, will receive online AFIR investment projects for Sub-measure 6.2 “Support for the creation of non-agricultural activities in rural areas” and sub-measure 6.4 “Investment in the creation and development of non-agricultural activities.”

Applicants from European funds were available in 2016 for the two sub-measures, 158 million, of which 73 million euros are earmarked to finance 100% non-reimbursable Business Plans by sub-measure (SM) 6.2 and 85 million euros are allocated to finance up to 90% non-refundable investment projects in sub-measure (sM) 6.4.

Annual conference continues for the projects is open from July 28, 2016, 9:00 – November 30, 2016, 16:00 MS 6.2 and MS 6.4.

The manner of submitting funding applications online is the official website of the Agency www.afir.info.

The threshold is 15 points SM 6.2 and SM 6.4 of 10 points – which are also related quality thresholds last month (November) of the session. Monthly quality thresholds for both sumbăsuri start from 60 points in the period July 28 to August 31, lower deck 45 in September and 30 points in October.

For this session, the maximum for submitting projects is 200% of the annual amount allocated to each sub-measure.

Submitting projects under the annual session stops the stipulated deadline or before then, if the total public projects submitted with a score estimated higher or equal to the quality threshold reaches 200% (excluding the value of total public projects withdrawn) . This provision does not apply within 5 days of the session and submission stages, when the session will remain open whether the amount allocated will be exhausted.
