Consultancy services in the field of innovation for Q-EAST SOFTWARE

PITQEAST Project (Innovative integrated IT monitoring and security platform for the company information flows) is a project implemented under the Increase of Economic Competitiveness Sectoral Operational Programme, Priority Axis 2 “RESEARCH, TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION FOR COMPETITIVENESS”,  Key Area of Intervention 2.3 “RDI support for enterprises”, indicative operation 2.3.3 “Promoting innovation in enterprises”. 

Project Objective: To provide consultancy services in the field of innovation – management consultancy services for the efficient integration of research-development-innovation activities undertaken during the implementation of PITQEAST project within the company management.

Implementation Period: 8 April – 2 July 2014

Outcomes:

• Report on the analysis of flow-chart and roles defined;
• Report on the analysis of working procedures and instructions;
• Report on the analysis of work processes and flows;
• Report on the analysis of security controls.
