Consultancy services in the field of innovation – management consultancy services for the project “Biomonitoring Platform for vital parameters in operating critical infrastructures”

The project “Biomonitoring Platform for vital parameters in operating critical infrastructures” was implemented under the Increase of Economic Competitiveness Sectoral Operational Programme , Priority Axis 1: AN INNOVATIVE AND ECO-EFFICIENT PRODUCTIVE SYSTEM, Key Area of Intervention 1.3 “Sustainable entrepreneurship development”, indicative operation 1.3.1 “Development of business support structures of national and international dimensions”.

The objective of the project was to provide management consultancy services for the efficient integration of research-development-innovation activities in the company management.

Implementation Period: 2 months (December 2014 – February 2015)

• Analysis of flow-chart and roles defined within the organisation;
• Analysis and re-design of work processes and flows;
