PRO West – Learn to be a PROFESSIONAL

Smart Integration SRL, as beneficiary, completed the implementation of the project “PRO West – Learn to be a Professional” – SMIS 118399, carried out in the WEST region, based on the financing contract POCU / 227/3/8/118399 concluded with the Ministry of European Funds , as Managing Authority The project was funded by the Operational Program Human Capital 2014 – 2020, Priority Axis 3 – Jobs for all and aimed at training through courses dedicated to managers and people working in human resources. The objective of the project was to promote methods and practices of organizational management, entrepreneurship and human resources management in order to improve the professional skills of employees and entrepreneurs working in potentially competitive economic sectors, as set out in the National Competitiveness Strategy.
Approximately 500 people were professionally trained in the project, being organized training courses certified by the National Qualifications Authority (ANC) for managers at all levels and employees of the Human Resources departments, specialized management courses and workshops.
The implementation period of the project was 12 months, from 22.05.2018 to 21.05.2019.
The total value of the project was 3,007,297.17 lei, of which the total eligible non-reimbursable value was 2,839,790.72 lei, thus divided by the ERDF 2,413,822.15 lei and the State Budget 425,968.57 lei.
Results achieved during the implementation period
1. a set of informative materials made; awareness campaigns carried out: online, print media, radio;
4 county events organized (1 event / county); 1 Local Support Network (RSL) created;
2. approximately 200 people selected in the target group – employees who ensure the strategic management of enterprises; about 200 people selected in the target group – entrepreneurs; 1 analysis of the entrepreneurial environment;
3. approximately 400 managers / entrepreneurs (200 managers, 200 entrepreneurs) participating in the training programs; 1 program of training courses in “Entrepreneurial skills” organized; 1 program of training courses for “Innovation Manager” organized; 1 program of training courses for “Entrepreneurs in the social economy” organized; 1 program of PMI courses organized; 1 program of “mini MBA” courses organized;
2 regional workshops organized; 1 regional conference;
4. approximately 80 people selected in the target group, employees of the human resources departments; 5. approximately 80 employees from the human resources departments participating in the training programs; 1 program of training courses for “Human Resources Manager” organized; 1 program of training courses for “Human Resources Inspector” organized; 2 regional workshops organized; 6. 14 enterprises, of which 10 SMEs supported for the elaboration / revision / adaptation of long-term strategic plans; min. 14 long-term strategic planning 7. project management achieved; 8. indirect expenses settled (15% of direct staff costs).
