Project SINTERAUTO

SMART Integration announces a new project involving provision of management consultancy services to implement the project “Innovative IT solution car service and PTI – SINTERAUTO units“.

The project is funded under the Increase of Economic Competitiveness Sectoral Operational Programme, Priority Axis 2 “Research, technological development and innovation for competitiveness”,  Key Area of Intervention 2.3 “RDI support for enterprises”, indicative operation 2.3.3 “Promoting innovation in enterprises”.

The overall objective of the project is to produce and sell a package of new products integrated in an innovative computer-assisted system of car testing equipment in service and PTI units, with online supervision by the competent bodies, with a focus on quality of measurements, solutions to eliminate PTI testing fraud attempts, data security and remote monitoring and control of the functional integrity of the system.

SMART Integration will provide the development of the following documents:

• Analysis of company organisation and improvement proposals on integrating RDI roles;
• Analysis of existing working procedures and instructions and improvement proposals to reach the project objectives;
• Analysis of work processes and flows and improvement proposals on correlating activities.
