Framework agreement – Consultancy services for the evaluation of funding applications for the Human Capital Operational Programme (AP 1-6)

SMART Integration supported the POCU Managing Authority by providing expert assessors who properly managed the funds allocated under the POCU 2014-2020 by providing the expertise for assessing and resolving appeals.

Context of the project
Increasing the efficiency of the absorption of the European Structural Funds and Investment Funds (ESI Funds) is a necessity for the 2014-2020 period. As a result Ministry of European Funds (MFE) will provide the necessary support for some of the structures involved in the management of the operational programs for which it has attributions of management authority.

During the 2007-2013 programming period, it was found that timely provision of the external expertise needed to evaluate projects is the factor that can lead to increased absorption and optimization of program management.

Funds for this project will be provided through projects financed by non-reimbursable external funds allocated during the 2014-2020 programming period related to the 2014-2020 financial framework of the Human Capital Operational Programme (POCU).
