Development of Structural Instruments Information Centre

Project implemented by a consortium consisting of SC SMART Integration SRL, AAM Management Information Consulting Private Company Limited by Shares, AAM Management Information Consulting SRL and SC Magnum SRL under the service contract funded under the Technical Assistance Operational Programme 2007-2013, Priority Axis 3: Dissemination of information and promotion of Structural Instruments, Key Area of Intervention 3.2. Operation of the Structural Instruments Information Centre.

Project Objective: to disseminate efficiently among the public and the target group segments, at national level, information on Structural Instruments and to guide the potential beneficiaries in the development/promotion of viable projects.

Contracting Authority: Ministry of European Funds

Implementation Period: 27 December 2011 – 27 December 2013

Outcomes:

• Structural Instruments Information Centre – operational at 54B, Iancu de Hunedoara Blvd, district 1, Bucharest;
• Helpdesk organised to provide support on accessing Structural Instruments in Romania, including properly operating front-desk, call centre and e-mail;
• Advertising campaign and official launching of Information Centre;
• Annual Communication Plan developed and implemented with a view to ensuring maximum visibility of the Centre;
• Annual and quarterly events organised under the aegis of the Information Centre;
• Newsletters and brochures;
