Human Resources Management IT System for C.N.A.D.N.R S.A.

The objective of the project “Human Resources Management IT System” was to deliver/provide software licenses, hardware equipment and related services in order to implement a solution for the centralised human resource management in the Romanian National Company of Motorways and National Roads.

The objective of the service contract “Human Resources Management IT System” was to implement integrate the Rusal programme (human resources and payroll module) in the Romanian National Company of Motorways and National Roads, to provide technical assistance for implementation and to train the application users.

Contracting Authority: C.N.A.D.N.R. S.A – Romanian National Company of Motorways and National Roads;

Implementation Period:  3 months (November 2014-February 2015)

Outcomes:

• Delivery the hardware equipment and software products;
• Analyse and implementation of the IT solution;
• Staff training services (2 training sessions, 10 participants/session).
