SMART Integration SRL implements the project Contracting services of experts in the field of contracting POCU projects approved for financing.

General objective

The general objective is to support the MA POCU in the contracting phase of the POCU projects in order to streamline the activities of the MA POCU, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation and the Operational Procedures of the MA POCU.

The specific objective is to ensure, based on the public procurement contract, an appropriate, efficient and qualified contracting process by hiring external experts, who under the coordination of DGPECP (Beneficiary of Services) will be involved in the process of preparing project procurement files. POCU approved for funding, related to POCU priority axes.

Expected results:

• 100% contracting files concluded by MA POCU (DGPECU) from the total of documents submitted by the Beneficiary of services (DGPECP);
• the establishment by external experts of an estimated 700 contracting dossiers for projects approved for ESF funding.
