Consultancy and expertise services for the elaboration of the Guide of specializations of judicial technical expertise
SMART Integration in partnership with ARCHIDATA and CIVITTA STRATEGY & CONSULTING offers consulting and expertise services for the elaboration of the Guide of specializations of judicial technical expertise for the Ministry of Justice.
The general objective of the project is to streamline justice as a public service and improve the quality of justice by developing and implementing a standard working tool at the level of the judiciary applicable to the activity of judicial technical expertise.
Expected results:
- An analysis / evaluation of the specializations of judicial technical expertise, as currently provided in the “Nomenclature of specializations of judicial technical expertise” (which includes 106 specializations), approved by Order of the Minister of Justice no. 199 / C / 18.01.2010, made. The analysis / evaluation aims at updating the nomenclature in relation to the evolutions registered at the level of society as a whole and the needs of the judicial system, in particular.
- An explanatory guide of the Nomenclature of specializations of forensic technical expertise, elaborated based on the results and conclusions of the analysis within the above activity. The guide will describe each specialization / subspecialization so that the area of expertise needed to respond to the concrete objectives set by the judicial bodies in a case can be better identified. The guide will be a tool to help courts, prosecutors and other bodies with jurisdiction, guidance in the process of determining the type of expertise and specialization of the expert in relation to the concrete objectives of the expertise leading to a effective case management.
- 15 workshops carried out at regional level, in the territorial constituency of each court of appeal. During the workshops, the proposal of explanatory guide will be presented, and based on the conclusions, observations and recommendations of the participants, the final version of the guide will be developed, which will contribute to streamlining justice as a public service and improving the quality of justice by developing and implementing a tool. working standard at the level of the judicial system.
