Ongoing evaluation of the projects submitted under the ROP 2014-2020 in the South-East Region
SMART Integration alongside Think Development & Consultancy has signed a new subsequent contract with the Regional Development Agency – South East Region, Romania, witch aims to provide specialized expertise for the evaluation, from a technical and financial point of view, of the projects submitted within the Priority Axes of the 2014-2020 Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020.
Projects are assessed from the following perspectives:
⦿ How projects respond to the achievement of investment priorities and to the specific objectives of the ROP;
⦿ Quality, maturity and sustainability of the project proposals;
⦿ In what measure projects respect the principles of a sustainable development;
⦿ Equal opportunities, gender equality and non-discrimination;
⦿ Complementarity with other investments, with relevant strategic documents and strategic investment planning and with financial and operational capacity of the applicant.
The subsequent contract is signed within the Framework agreement for the evaluation services of the projects submitted under the Regional Operational Program 2014-2020, financed by the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, Axis 12, Technical Assistance.
